You send a video of what you’re currently doing in your fitness/wellness program or process. I then evaluate and we have a video chat with my recommended tweaks/polishes (recorded for you to reference as desired).

Mechanic

You have a specific pain/dysfunction or health curiosity and are seeking relief and/or an understanding of how it came to be, and how to resolve it. Options for in-person or remote.

Architect

You enjoy working on your own, but are looking for a good roadmap. I identify where you are and what you’re aiming for, then design a program to bridge the gap.

Every good Arthur has a Merlin.

Ongoing guidance and teaching on your path toward genuinely understanding your body and health. This centers around a weekly movement/ exercise practice (options of 1-5 sessions/week, and members receive password access to monthly Annual Cycle, “AC” posts ).

Ongoing monthly health and movement education/coaching for teams

I genuinely enjoy sharing my understanding of the human being and it’s functions. My entire adult life has been an endless game of how best to convey the concepts of it’s correct stewardship to anyone who is seeking help in their own process.
